This week GLBT and Allies celebrate Salt Lake’s 30th annual Pride Festival at Washington Square.  In addition to the festivities held at the official festival grounds, which include entertainment, games, beer and food, other GLBT-friendly establishments will host other events.
With more than 20,000 celebrants expected, the Salt Lake City Police Department will be out patrolling the streets to ensure the safety of festival-goers and others.
