Marriott

Marriott is another great neighbourhood to consider when considering a move to Ogden. The homes here cost about 90% less than you would pay for a similar home in the rest of the state. And even if you are not ready to buy a home just yet, be mindful than rentals here are about 50% less expensive than you would pay anywhere else in Ogden. Marriott is regarded a lower-middle income community and it will not be difficult for you to find a suitable home for your family. Statistics indicate that the individuals living in this area are predominantly of Danish decent, but the area has since blossomed into a home for people from a variety of ethnicities.

Harrison Boulevard / E 4600 S

Harrison Boulevard / E 4600 S is one of the more affluent neighbourhoods in Ogden. Purchasing a house here will cost you 84% more than it would anywhere else in Utah. Rentals in this community are however quite affordable. This is quite a plus since the homes here tend to be quite massive. Most homes will have at least 4 bedrooms.  These homes would be perfect for a family of three or four and will also have room for guests.

Weber State University

The neighbourhood surrounding the Weber State University is another great place to live in Ogden. The homes in this suburban community are either large or average sized. There are also a number of apartment complexes in the area. Since the university serves as the heart of this neighbourhood, there are tons of conveniences that were designed to appeal to students, that you will also find useful. Additionally, it is not uncommon to see people biking to work here. It thus goes without saying that many consider the neighbourhood to be relatively safe.
